Current Corporate Positions:
Banisters Leadership Academy seeks a Finance Analyst (Omaha, NE) to oversee the financial operations of our nonprofit organization. Ensure our organization's financial health and sustainability, enabling us to effectively deliver our programs and services to the community. Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate closely with the executive team, board members, and program team leads to provide financial insights and guidance, helping inform strategic decisions and organizational planning. Oversee financial audits, manage grant funding, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and funding agencies. Requires: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, and (3) years of accounting/business experience. Demonstrated ability with financial management, accounting practices, and financial reporting requirements; managing budgets, financial forecasting, and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel, including complex functions and data analysis.
